Week 11 College Football Researchers Association (CFRA) Poll

There is a big shakeup near the top of this week’s CFRA poll as Baylor has overcome a 16 point deficit to leapfrog Ohio State for the # 3 spot in the rankings.  There is also one tie in this week’s rankings and that occurs at # 13 between Midwestern powers Michigan State and Northern Illinois.
