Week 3 College Football Researchers Association (CFRA) Poll

For the first-time this season, there are 26 teams included in this week’s CFRA poll, as we have a tie at # 25 between Boise State and Wisconsin.  There are no other ties in this week’s poll, but there are three major breaks of 20 or more points.  They exist between spots # 3 and 4 (Oregon and Florida State), # 9 and 10 (Clemson and Texas), and # 11 and 12 (Stanford and Notre Dame).
