Week 4 College Football Researchers Association (CFRA) Poll

For the second-straight week, twenty-six teams crack this week’s CFRA poll, as we have a tie at # 25 between Boise State and Ohio.  There is one other tie this week and it is at # 8 between two unbeaten squads who recently pulled off major upsets (Stanford and Kansas State).  On the other hand, there are also three major breaks in this week’s poll, and they exist between spots # 5 and 6 (Georgia and South Carolina), # 13 and 14 (TCU and Southern California), and # 18 and 19 (Oklahoma and Mississippi State).
