Now that we are halfway through the college football regular season, it is time to release the CFRA Midseason Poll, and the results of his edition of the CFRA poll are some of the most surprising we’ve ever had. First of all, the mighty Alabama Crimson Tide who are ranked # 1 in both the current Coaches and AP Polls garnering a 53.5% of the first-place votes in both polls, did not receive A SINGLE FIRST PLACE VOTE IN THE CFRA MIDSEASON POLL! That has to be the first time in the history of our poll that a consensus # 1 ranked team didn’t get a single first place vote from a CFRA voter. Instead, voters selected LSU as the # 1 ranked team in the land. Without further ado, here is this year’s CFRA Midseason Poll. First-place votes are in parentheses next to each team.
